Tim ekonomi Presiden Terpilih Prabowo Subianto menyatakan kemungkinan penambahan anggaran untuk program makan bergizi gratis (MBG) pada 2025. Peluang penambahan anggaran ini terbuka dengan melihat kebutuhan pelaksanaan program unggulan Prabowo itu yang mencapai Rp 800 miliar per hari.
“Nanti 2025 itu pasti akan ada perubahan-perubahan lagi. Disesuaikan dengan situasi yang ada di 2025,” kata Anggota Dewan Pakar TKN, Drajad Wibowo di Jakarta, Rabu, (9/10/2024).
Drajad menuturkan kemungkinan bertambahnya anggaran untuk MBG itu juga dimungkinkan karena Prabowo diberikan diskresi untuk mengubah postur anggaran di APBN 2025. Keleluasaan itu sebagaimana tercantum dalam Undang-Undang APBN 2025 yang telah disahkan oleh DPR.
“Kan Pak Prabowo diberi kebebasan untuk melakukan penyesuaian APBN-P. Kita harapkan nanti setelah kita tahu posturnya lebih rinci, di tahun 2025 kita lakukan perubahan,” kata Drajad.
Dia melanjutkan penambahan anggaran MBG itu tentu juga akan mempertimbangkan kondisi penerimaan negara. Dia bilang apabila kinerja penerimaan negara bagus, maka opsi penanganan anggaran MBG makin terbuka.
“Bisa dinaikkan kalau pendapatan negara bisa kita naikkan,” kata dia.
Sebelumnya, Badan Gizi Nasional akan menggelontorkan anggaran senilai Rp 1,2 triliun setiap hari untuk menjalankan program Makan Bergizi Gratis (MBG).
Kepala Badan Gizi Nasional Dadan Hindayana mengatakan, total belanja harian itu akan dikeluarkan oleh Badan Gizi Nasional bila program makan bergizi sudah beroperasi penuh dengan total kebutuhan anggaran Rp 400 triliun untuk memberikan MBG ke 82,9 juta orang yang terdiri dari anak PAUD, SD, SMP, SMA, Ibu Hamil, dan Balita di seluruh Indonesia.
“Kalau ini jalan, Badan Gizi Nasional spending harian Rp 1,2 triliun. Ini uang yang tidak sedikit Rp 1,2 triliun setiap hari badan gizi akan keluarkan untuk investasi SDM masa depan,” kata Dadan di Jakarta Convention Center, Selasa (8/10/2024).
Dadan mengatakan, dari total belanja harian senilai Rp 1,2 triliun itu, 75% nya akan penuh digunakan untuk program makan bergizi gratis. Angka senilai Rp 800 miliar per hari itu merupakan belanja produk-produk pertanian dan peternakan di daerah-daerah sebagai bahan baku dari program makan bergizi gratis yang terdiri dari daging, telur, sayur, serta susu.
